Watch the disc into your hands

When the incoming disc is within a few yard or so of your hands, concentrate on the disc.
At that moment, nothing matters on the field except for the catch itself.

Below are textbook examples of watching the disc into the hands.
Two-handed (disc low). Fingers down.
Two-handed (disc high). Fingers up.
Pancake.
